There is a huge benefit to regular ice baths, and we offer the best ice bath experience to help you achieve optimal results. Many of our members jump in the ice every day! Prepare for your first ice bath by “breathing up”, a practice of 1-4 minutes of repeated cycles of a slow inhale through the nose and slowly exhale through the teeth, which activates your parasympathetic nervous system and relaxes your body.

When entering the ice, continue the intention slow breathing pattern through the initial shock and keep your mind clear and focused. It’s okay to shiver a little bit in the ice, but make sure you get out while you’re still feeling good and have your breath and heart rate under control.
